Reply to a provisional refusal issued by the State Office for Inventions and Trademarks

If the application does not satisfy the conditions prescribed for registration of a design, the State Office for Inventions and Trademarks shall notify the applicant thereof and shall afford him a period, typically of one month for submitting his observations or withdrawing his application.
