Publication of the Design Application

The bibliographical data of the application for registration of the industrial design as well as the black-and-white, or if required, the color reproduction, photograph or any graphic representation thereof shall be published in the Official Industrial Property Bulletin of OSIM, within maximum six months from the date of constituting the regular national filing.
The publication provided for in paragraph 1 may be postponed at the applicant's request for a period not exceeding thirty months, calculated from the date of filing the application or from the date of priority, if the priority was claimed.
